UP108喷胶系列TDS

1. General-purpose spray glue;
2. It has good adhesion effect on sponge and cloth, spinning skin, thin skin, cardboard, MDF, wood board, PVC, PU leather, EVA foam and other materials;

1, spray glue

Spray evenly when spraying, that is, it should not be too thin, and it should not be glued to avoid poor glue or dryness.
The spray gun and the adherend are at a distance of 50-90 cm, and the angle of the oblique 45-degree angle is better.
 

2, fit

The open time is usually within 2-10 minutes. The specific operation time is determined according to the temperature and humidity of the production site.
If the drying time is too long, non-stick phenomenon will occur, and the glue will lose its viscosity, resulting in failure of bonding.
